Group Head of Safeguarding & Strategy

The Bedford College Group is seeking a Group Head in Safeguarding to join the Student Services department at The Bedford College Group. You will lead safeguarding and welfare services across campuses, acting as Deputy DSL and embedding a robust safeguarding strategy.

You will oversee referrals, manage high-risk cases, ensure effective use of CPOMS, and maintain compliance with KCSIE, Prevent and related policy, while guiding staff and contributing to continuous improvement.
