Group Manager, Fire & Rescue: Strategic Change Leader

Humberside Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a Group Manager to lead strategic changes across Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire and North-East Lincolnshire. The role demands strong leadership, political acumen and a track record of delivering high‑performing services.

You will hold IFE Level 4 qualifications and Incident Command Level 2, drive continuous improvement and be prepared to provide operational response as part of the Group Manager rota.
