The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and technically strong Group Reporting Manager to join the Finance team. This is a key position responsible for delivering accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting across the Group, leading the budgeting and forecasting cycle, and providing meaningful financial insight to senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance and driving continuous improvement across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Group Consolidation Lead the preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual financial results in accordance with UK GAAP. Manage intercompany reconciliations and eliminations across multiple legal entities. Maintain and develop the Group consolidation model, ensuring accuracy and scalability. Coordinate month-end reporting deadlines across the wider finance team. Own and maintain the Group chart of accounts and reporting structure.
