Group Tax Director: Lead Tax Strategy & Compliance

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Director of Tax to own the UK Topco and firmwide tax strategy, compliance and risk, reporting to the Finance Director. You will lead on direct and indirect tax, transfer pricing, international tax matters and HMRC relationships, ensuring robustness as the group grows.

You will build and develop the tax team, drive policy standardisation and digitalisation, and support growth, M&A activity and a balanced work‑life approach with flexible working options.
