Serco in Solihull offers a hybrid Growth Support Coordinator role (2 days in the office per week) that is full-time and permanent, with a salary of £28,000 per annum. You will join the Growth team to win new business and retain existing contracts across the UK&E.

You’ll support bid and proposal activities from the early engagement stage through to contract award, coordinate across opportunities and help keep teams on track.
