Growth Design Lead: Funnels, Quizzes & CRO

Forbes Advisor is seeking a Principal Designer to lead growth design, architecting end-to-end paid acquisition funnels across verticals. You will pair advertorials with interactive quizzes, calculators, and conversion flows tailored to audience personas, owning from click to conversion.

You'll report to the Head of Design and collaborate with Paid Media, Growth, Editorial, and Engineering. If you think in funnels and personas and treat CRO as a design problem, this role is for you.
