Growth Enterprise Account Executive (NYC hybrid)

MongoDB seeks a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Growth, to drive growth within an existing customer base, identify new workloads, and champion the value of our database platform. You will lead end-to-end sales across MongoDB products and collaborate with partners and cloud providers.

The role requires 10+ years of quota-carrying field sales, a proven track record of overachievement, strong relationship management, and the ability to articulate complex enterprise technology value.
