Growth Lead, Product (PLG & PQL)

DeepL is seeking a growth-focused product leader to drive media translation adoption and scale a PLG-driven motion that feeds a sales organization. You will own the PQL framework, build growth loops, and coordinate with Marketing, Sales Ops and Pricing to optimize packaging.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to expand usage and drive measurable revenue impact for the DeepL Translate platform globally.
