Growth Lead, Subscriptions & Retention

Lime Talent is partnering with a fast-growing consumer goods business to appoint a Growth Lead focused on retention, subscriptions and revenue growth. The role centres on growing the subscription customer base and converting trial buyers into long-term subscribers.

The successful candidate will own the subscription growth across direct-to-consumer and retail channels, build post-purchase journeys, run test-and-learn campaigns, and report outcomes to senior leadership from the London head office.
