Growth Marketer - Retention & CRM Leader

Mous is seeking a growth CRM/retention marketer to own the lifecycle programme across our loyal customer base. You’ll shape strategy, build roadmaps, and run test-and-learn loops to drive repeat purchase and CRM-driven revenue.

You’ll own Klaviyo-based email and SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandonment, win-back), plan campaigns, segment audiences, run A/B tests, and deliver robust retention reporting to the ecommerce team.
