Growth Marketing Lead - German Channel Expansion & CRO

iwoca is seeking a mid-level performance marketer to own and scale a diverse channel mix for the German market. You’ll report to the Team Lead Performance Marketing and build new online channels from scratch, including Native Ads, Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, while managing direct placements with publishers relevant to German SME decision-makers.

You’ll drive conversion rate optimization on paid landing pages, collaborate with design and copywriters, and work with data to guide experimentation
