About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven and experimental Growth Marketing Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting their Sheffield -based operations. This role is focused on identifying and executing strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work across various marketing channels, constantly testing and iterating to find the most effective ways to drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive marketer who thrives on data analysis, experimentation, and delivering measurable results in a dynamic, remote-first setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other growth experiments across marketing channels.
- Develop and execute strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral programs.
- Utilize data analytics to identify key growth opportunities and bottlenecks in the customer journey.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with product development and business goals.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows and CRM campaigns for effective lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Stay current with growth hacking techniques, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing , performance marketing, or a related field focused on user acquisition and retention.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, experimentation, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
