GTM Ops Lead — Revenue, Forecasting & Automation

Cognition is seeking a GTM Operations lead to build and own revenue systems from pipeline management to forecasting and compensation. You’ll partner with GTM leadership to turn business goals into scalable processes, ensure data accuracy, and design automations that accelerate deals and improve predictability.

In this role you will own sales pipeline systems, comp plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes, with strong SQL and CRM tooling skills.
