Guest Experience Champion - Flexible Front of House

Butcombe Group is seeking an enthusiastic hospitality professional to join their front-of-house team in a pub setting across indoor and outdoor spaces. You’ll deliver warm, efficient service, maintain cleanliness and atmosphere, and support your team during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include serving across bar and dining areas, assisting with setup/close-down, restocking, and upholding safety and licensing standards to create memorable guest experiences.
