Guest Experience Duty Manager – Museum Front‑of‑House

Lakeland Arts invites applications for a Visitor Experience Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across Windermere Jetty Museum, Abbot Hall and Blackwell. You will lead front-of-house teams, ensure a warm welcome, high presentation standards, and the smooth running of all visitor services while supporting health, safety and security routines.

The role is full-time and permanent, 37.5 hours per week, typically Tuesday to Saturday with some flexibility for evenings and holiday cover.
