Guest Experience Host — Flexible Hours, Events & Entertainment

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) in Colchester is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, host events, serve food and drinks, and help keep the centre inviting and efficient.

Responsibilities span across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and children's parties. The role requires confidence, energy, and a positive attitude, with full training provided.
