Guest Experience Host - Ground Floor (20h/wk)

Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for Solihull (Hockley Heath M42). You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help serve meals while ensuring guests have a smooth stay. This role suits someone friendly who thrives in a busy setting and is eager to learn all hotel operations.

Permanent contract, 20 guaranteed hours per week, with evenings and weekends included. Training provided; you’ll join a supportive team at Premier Inn in Stratford Road, Solihull.
