Guest Experience Lead - Front of House

ST JAMES FACILITIES is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead front of house services in a newly refurbished historic building in the City of London. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards and collaborate with internal teams and clients.

You will provide strong leadership, mentor the FOH team, manage events and community initiatives, and ensure seamless reception operations with a focus on outstanding customer service and professional image.
