Guest Experience Leader - Reception & Reservations

Quaglino's is hiring an Assistant Reception Manager to support the smooth running of the restaurant’s front-of-house operations. You will oversee calls, enquiries and reservations, and take the lead in the Reception Manager’s absence, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.

You will build lasting relationships with guests, coordinate seating plans, and contribute to the restaurant’s overall success and guest experience in London's iconic venue.
