Guest Experience Specialist — Luxury Hospitality & Wellness Perks

The Bamford Collection invites applications for a Guest Services Operator to support guests across its luxury hospitality, retail and wellness brands. You will be the central point of contact, handling calls, emails and social media with professionalism and care.

You will manage bookings and enquiries, ensuring accurate records and a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role runs 40 hours per week from October 2026 through January 2027.
