You will be the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, special requests, and issue resolution, acting as the ambassador for the brand's commitment to outstanding hospitality. This position requires a proactive individual with a passion for service, adept at anticipating guest needs and creating memorable stays, fostering loyalty and driving positive reviews through personalized attention and efficient problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of guest services, ensuring a consistently high standard of hospitality.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally, seeking satisfactory resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, recognizing and anticipating their needs.
- Develop and implement guest service training programs for front-line staff.
- Monitor guest feedback channels, including online reviews and surveys, and implement improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery for all guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office management role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and guest feedback platforms.
