Guest Relations Manager - New Opening - London NEW OPENING Lenny's Overview Lenny's is a new pizzeria on Henrietta Street in Covent Garden, from Max Lewis and MJMK Restaurants, the team behind Casa do Frango, Fonda, Luso, KOL and AngloThai. The result of Max's extensive travels to New Haven, Connecticut, Lenny's is built around pizzas that are crispy, chewy and charred. A revival of his much-loved pop-up, it will now have a permanent home in the heart of Covent Garden. We're building the opening team now. Guest Relations Manager We are looking for a warm, organised Guest Relations Manager to own the guest experience at Lenny's from the first enquiry to the last goodbye. You run our book with precision, manage covers and flow to maximise every service, and work the room with confidence and control. High energy, confident, and always finding the yes. You've managed busy books before and thrive on the pace. You love people, read the room, and keep Lenny's buzzing. You're the face of the restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to build regulars and fill tables night after night. What You'll Do Own the door and the guest journey from welcome to goodbye, creating unforgettable guest experiences. Manage reservations to get the best out of every service. Handle enquiries, bookings and large parties promptly and professionally. Build and look after regulars, remembering names, preferences and the little details. Lead and develop the host team, setting the tone and standards at the door. Handle guest feedback and reviews with care, resolving issues in the moment where you can. Work hand in hand with the floor and kitchen so service flows smoothly through the busiest shifts. What We're Looking For Experience as a Guest Relations Manager, Head Host or Reservations Manager in a quality, high-volume restaurant. Genuinely passionate about guests and delivering standout guest experiences, every single visit. Confident with reservations systems such as SevenRooms or OpenTable, and comfortable managing a busy book. Warm, calm and unflappable under pressure, with real presence at the door. Sharp and organised, with an eye for detail and consistency every single shift. A natural communicator who connects with everyone, from the kitchen pass to Support Office.
