Guest Relations Manager

About the Role

You will act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments, proactively addressing needs and resolving concerns to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized stay.
• Manage guest feedback and complaints, investigating issues and implementing timely, effective resolutions.
• Liaise with all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services, facilities, and the surrounding Edinburgh area.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office supervisory role within the hotel industry.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service management systems.
