Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, build relationships, and proactively identify and fulfill their needs and preferences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and with a high degree of professionalism.
• Coordinate with different departments (e.g., housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Gather guest feedback and implement service improvements based on suggestions and reviews.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a guest-facing role, such as guest relations, concierge, or front desk.
