Guest Services Leader (Front Desk & Duty Manager)

The Holiday Inn Express Aberdeen Airport, operated by Valor Hospitality Partners, is seeking a Guest Services Manager (or strong Duty Manager ready to step up) to lead the front desk and guest experience on shift.

In this hands-on role you will set the tone for service standards, mentor the front office team, and ensure smooth operations, with a focus on warmly welcoming guests and delivering consistent, high-quality service across all touchpoints.
