Gym & Member Experience Leader

Students’ Union UCL is seeking a Deputy Fitness Centre Manager to optimise gym usage and deliver a first-class member experience across TeamUCL Gyms. The role combines front-of-house leadership with tactical oversight of the member journey, from joining to retention.

Based largely on site (80:20 split), it requires minimum 14 hours weekly, with occasional late, early and weekend work. We offer visa sponsorship for successful applicants and a supportive, flexible working environment.
