Key Responsibilities

• Managing the overall operations of the gym, including staffing, scheduling, and member services.
• Implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain members.
• Ensuring the gym is clean, safe, and all equipment is well-maintained.
• Managing budgets, controlling expenses, and driving revenue growth.
• Leading, training, and motivating the gym staff to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Gym Manager or similar supervisory role within the fitness industry.
• Strong understanding of gym operations, sales, and marketing techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
