About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and proactive Gym Operations Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of their fitness facility in Glasgow . You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members, managing front-of-house staff, and upholding the highest standards of customer service. This role is essential for maintaining member satisfaction, operational efficiency, and supporting the overall success of the gym, contributing to a positive fitness community.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily gym operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage and train front desk staff, fitness advisors, and cleaning personnel.
• Ensure the gym floor, equipment, and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with membership sales, renewals, and promotional activities.
• Implement and enforce gym policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of member experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the fitness industry.
• Strong knowledge of gym operations, equipment maintenance, and health and safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Basic understanding of membership sales and marketing principles.
