The Role

We are seeking a dedicated hair and makeup artist who will transform and empower clients, creating looks that enhance natural beauty and inspire confidence. The role involves offing an exceptional client experience, collaborating with our photographer on set, and contributing to a positive studio atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality hair and makeup looks that empower women, showcasing their strength and individuality
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide a personalised beauty experience
• Work closely with our photographer during shoots, providing on-set support and touch-ups as needed
• Capture behind-the-scenes content throughout the day to showcase our transformation process
• Welcome clients with genuine warmth and professionalism, making them feel comfortable and valued from their first interaction
• Establish our studio as a premier destination for luxury beauty services through exceptional artistry and client care
• Maintain an immaculate, serene studio environment, including beauty stations and client areas, to ensure comfort and confidence
• Care for our collection of professional hair and makeup products, tools, and equipment with attention to detail
• Develop a thorough understanding of our signature beauty aesthetic and approach, reflecting it in every client transformation
• Handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism, maintaining our studio's reputation for excellence
• Work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and techniques to continuously elevate our artistry and client experience

Note: This full-time position will require working some weekends

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time role that pays £29,400.00/yr base + TIPS & Bonuses - total potential earning in this role is £33-38k/yr depending on tips, bonuses, and experience.

Note: There are no sales required in this role. Your bonuses etc. are about your artistry not selling our clients.
