Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair cutting and styling services for men, women, and children.
• Perform a variety of colouring techniques, including highlights, balayage, and full colour applications.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their hair type, preferences, and desired outcomes.
• Offer professional advice on hair care, treatments, and styling products.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the salon and your workstation.
• Keep abreast of the latest hairdressing trends, techniques, and products.
• Manage appointments efficiently and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the team when required.

Requirements

• Qualified Hair Stylist with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a professional Hair Stylist.
• Proficiency in cutting, colouring, and styling techniques for various hair types and lengths.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client focus.
• Creative flair and a passion for the art of hairdressing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
