Hands-On Building Facilities Supervisor – PPM & Repairs

OCS UK & Ireland is looking for an experienced Building Facilities Supervisor to lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team. You will perform hands-on maintenance while directing engineering and facilities staff, ensuring planned and reactive tasks are delivered safely and efficiently.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication with stakeholders, and the ability to manage PPM schedules, coordinate contractors, and uphold HSEQ standards.
