Hands-On Concrete Plant Supervisor — Multi-Site Ops

NEOS Engineering in Ipswich is seeking a Concrete Batching and Mixing Plant Supervisor to lead daily plant operations on site. You will oversee concrete and mortar production, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safe, efficient running of batching systems across East Anglia.

The role requires hands-on, mechanically minded individuals who can maintain high safety standards and supervise contractors, while travelling between sites as required.
