Hands-On Head of Engineering (Remote) | Delivery & Tech Leader

LOW6 is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead and grow the software delivery teams responsible for our platform. This hands-on role combines people leadership with technical excellence, ensuring scalable, reliable software while aligning with the CTO’s architecture and AI strategy.

You’ll coach engineers across locations, establish one delivery standard, and partner with Product and CTO to improve processes, tools and outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
