Hands-On Production Operator – Training Provided (Rotating Shifts)

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking Production Operatives for our busy Syston site. This temporary ongoing role pays £13.61 per hour with rotating shifts (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm) and full training provided.

You will work as part of a busy production team, performing hands-on tasks such as operating machinery, packing, quality checks, and basic production paperwork. Reliability, physical fitness, and good timekeeping are essential.
