Hands-On Store Manager – Lead & Grow Pet Care Team

Jollyes Pets in Carlisle is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead daily on the shop floor, coach a team, manage stock deliveries and drive sales. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store standards, and promoting pet welfare.

This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who can manage a small team and adapt across busy retail periods. The role offers a competitive salary (£30,000–£34,000 p.a.) with a bonus potential of up to £5,000 p.a.,
