Hands-On Warehouse Team Lead — 4-on/4-off (Days/Nights)

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy storage and distribution operation on a full-time permanent basis. You’ll be visible on the warehouse floor, supporting colleagues day-to-day and helping to keep a safe, efficient operation running smoothly.

You will assist the Shift Manager in leading and developing the team, ensure productivity, quality, health and safety and customer service standards.
