Pertemps in Reading area is seeking a hands-on Yard Operative to join a busy manufacturing team near Aldermaston. You will assist with preparing materials, handling metal, welding panels after training, and supporting yard and workshop duties. Full training provided, welding experience not required. Working 07:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with voluntary overtime on Saturdays.
