Key Responsibilities
Perform general snagging and carpentry Painting and decorating Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment. Identify and report the need for major repairs. Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques. Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. CSCS Card
