Hard FM Consultant

Hard FM Consultant Location: UK Wide Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Working Pattern: Permanent / Full-time Travel: UK-wide, with potential overseas opportunities

We are working with a leading FM consultancy that is looking to appoint a Hard FM Consultant to support the delivery of technical FM consultancy projects across a diverse client base.

The Role

Working closely with senior consultants and clients, you will provide technical expertise across a range of Hard FM projects, including:

Asset management and lifecycle planning Technical surveys and reviews Maintenance strategy and PPM FM mobilisation and asset data management Project and defects management Hard FM maintenance estimating FM procurement and tender support Development of technical specifications and service delivery solutions Energy management, sustainability and emerging FM technologies

About You

We are looking for an experienced Hard FM professional with a strong engineering background, ideally electrically biased with good mechanical knowledge.

You will have:

Significant experience in a technical FM role Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services Experience managing or delivering FM projects Strong understanding of statutory compliance and Hard FM best practice Knowledge of FM contracts, asset management and lifecycle planning Experience with CAFM, BIM and/or emerging FM technologies Experience supporting FM bids and tender responses Strong commercial and client-facing skills PFI / PPP experience would be advantageous Relevant engineering qualification; chartered status or professional membership desirable Full UK driving licence What's on Offer
