Hard Services Compliance Lead

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a Hard Services Compliance Manager to ensure all hard facilities management services are delivered safely, legally, and in full compliance with statutory, regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements.

You will lead the compliance framework for inspections, testing, and maintenance, manage specialist contractors, and drive continuous improvement in health and safety across hard FM disciplines.
