Are you a Hardware Engineer looking for structured development into a managerial position where you can pass down your knowledge to the next generation of Engineers and have responsibility over R&D projects from cradle to grave?

In this position you will be working in the Defence sector, designing cutting edge positioning and navigation technology. This will involve digital and analogue circuit design and verification working within the Hardware team. This is a senior position that will involve developing the junior members of the team and is a great chance to further develop your knowledge and progress your career in the future.

This role would suit an Hardware Engineer looking for structured development and training to become a manager, who has experience bringing products from conception to production and eager to train up the next generation of Engineers.

The Role:

• Working within the Electronics hardware design team
• Designing new products within satellite communication for the Defence sector
• Tailored development plan and training on how to manage engineers
• 37 hours per week, flexible working hours from a Heysham based office

The Person:

• Hardware / Electronics Engineer
• Full project life-cycle experience (concep to delivery)
• Ability to obtain enhanced Security Clearance
