Head and Neck Cancer CNS — Expert Care & Pathway Lead

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Head and Neck Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to provide expert nursing care, care coordination and holistic assessment for Head and Neck cancer patients across the pathway. The post will coordinate investigations, treatment plans and MDT outcomes, deliver patient education and act as a key worker from diagnosis through follow-up, while supporting service development and quality improvement.

This is a full-time, permanent post with 37.5 hours per week.
