Head & Neck Cancer CNS: Senior Nurse & Care Pathway Lead

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Head and Neck Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to coordinate care for cancer patients across ENT and Maxillofacial pathways, from diagnosis through survivorship. You will lead holistic assessments, symptom management and patient education as part of a regional MDT team.
