We are an independent women-led business, working with just local and sustainable suppliers and fresh ingredients.

The Ideal Candidate

• Someone charismatic, energetic and with great communication skills
• Brings experience of 5+ years in bartending
• Has worked in a Head Bartender role before leading a team of 2+ members
• Possesses a 'can-do' attitude, positive and outgoing
• Professional and able to build guest rapport
