About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the catering kitchen, ensuring efficiency and high standards.

• Manage food costing , inventory, and procurement of high-quality ingredients.
• Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality control.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef, preferably in a high-volume catering environment.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for creative menu development.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and control food costs effectively.
• Experience in recipe development and plating design.
