Location: Hampshire / Wiltshire Borders

Salary: £60,000 + £8-£10K Tronc + £12K Bonus

• An independently owned boutique country inn on a picturesque rural estate is seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead its kitchen and estate events operation.
• This is a unique opportunity to take full creative control of a well-established, quality-led dining venue with a loyal following and significant event trade.
• You'll oversee all food operations - fromà la carte service and Sunday roaststoprivate events, weddings, and country pursuits- showcasing the best ofseasonal, estate and local produce.
• The estate provides exceptional ingredients, includinggame, lamb, and orchard fruit, giving you the chance to create truly sustainable, provenance-driven menus.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Head Chef from a quality restaurant, Gastro pub, Hotel, or Country inn.
• Background cooking to 2 Rosette or Bib Gourmand standard.
• Passionate about sustainability and modern British cuisine.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and commercial skills.
