Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative, seasonal menus that align with the restaurant's fine dining concept.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the kitchen brigade, ensuring efficient workflow and high performance.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including sourcing high-quality ingredients and maintaining inventory.
• Implement and enforce strict hygiene and safety standards within the kitchen at all times.
• Manage food costs effectively to achieve budgetary targets without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant setting.
• Demonstrable expertise in classical and contemporary culinary techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards .
• Creativity and a passion for fine dining, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
• A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 or above) is essential.
