Head Chef: Fresh Elder-Care Kitchen Leader, Daytime Hours

EQ Care Group is seeking a Head Chef at Acer Lodge in Blackburn to lead the catering team, manage rosters, orders, stock control and ensure allergy information is shared with the team. You will keep kitchen areas clean and uphold Health and Safety, Basic Food Hygiene, COSHH and cross-infection guidelines.

You will work within a 40-hour week, coordinating with residents and staff to deliver nutritious meals in a dementia and elderly care setting.
