Head Chef: Fresh Food, Weekdays, Daytime Hours

Corecruitment is seeking a Head Chef to lead a fresh-food kitchen in King’s Cross, with Monday to Friday daytime hours and a finish around 4pm. This role emphasizes great food, a supportive team, and a healthy work-life balance.

You will head an open kitchen, oversee breakfast and lunch service, manage costs and GP, and drive menu refinement with the Executive Chef, all while maintaining top hygiene standards.
