Panku Food is seeking a Head Chef for our YO! Kitchen operation, leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional Japanese-inspired dishes with consistent quality. You’ll manage service, drive profitability, and ensure safety for both staff and guests.

You will oversee all sections of the kitchen, train and motivate your team, and uphold our standards for flavour, presentation, and guest experience across fast-paced shifts.
